The arcivo.co website is technically hosted by: Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The client service servers are hosted in France (Europe).
3 — Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the Arcivo service — commercial name, logo, graphic charter, textual content, functional architecture — are the exclusive property of Arcivo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, total or partial, without Arcivo's prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
4 — Limitation of Liability
Arcivo undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the availability, accuracy, and security of the service. However, Arcivo cannot be held responsible for indirect, immaterial, or consequential damages resulting from the use or impossibility of use of the service, an interruption of service beyond its control, or the loss of data resulting from a force majeure event.

In the event of a difficulty relating to the use of the service or the application of these legal notices, the client is invited to contact Arcivo at contact@arcivo.co to seek an amicable and swift solution. Arcivo commits to responding to any complaint within 5 working days.
6 — Modification of the Legal Notice
These legal notices may be modified at any time by Arcivo, in particular to comply with any legal, regulatory, or technical evolution. The version in force is the one accessible on the site on the date of consultation.
